Nutrient-rich: tortellini soup with peas

Ingredients:
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lbsFrozen cheese tortellini
10 ozCanned chicken broth
1 cupFrozen peas
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupParmesan, freshly grated
Procedures:
1In saucepan, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil.
2Add frozen tortellini; return to boil.
3Reduce heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
4Add chicken broth, 1-?cups water and peas; return to boil.
5Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm.
6Stir in pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
