Ingredients:
1 lbsOnions, diced
2 ozButter, melted
2 1/2 pintHot beef broth
8 ozGrated cheese
1/4 pintWhite wine
Salt, pepper
8 Slices French bread, 1 inch

Procedures:
1Soak lid of cooker.
2Pour melted butter into the cooker.
3Add onions and spices.
4Cover.
5Put cooker into cold oven, turn temperature to 425f and let cook for 30 minutes.
6Add hot beef broth and wine, place bread slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7Return to oven and bake uncovered for 20 minutes
