| med | Onion (chopped) | | 4
| large | Potatoes | | 3
| cup | Hot water | | | Salt (to taste) | | | Pepper (to taste) | | 2

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel and thinly slice potatoes. | | 2 | Cut sausage into half inch slices; place in large saucepan and brown on both sides. | | 3 | Add chopped onion and cook until wilted. | | 4 | Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper. | | 5 | Boil 30 minutes. | | 6 | Add parsley and simmer 2 minutes longer. |
