Ingredients:
6 ozWaterchestnuts, canned
2 Eggs
1/4 cupMilk
1 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupChopped onions
2 tbspChili sauce
2 tbspSoy sauce, low sodium, to
-taste
1/4 tspPepper
3 ozChow mein noodles, crushed
Procedures:
1Recipe by: jo anne merrill preparation time: 0:35 drain waterchestnuts; chop.
2Beat 1 egg and milk in bowl.
3Add ground beef, onion, sauces, pepper and waterchestnuts; mix well.
4Form into balls.
5Beat remaining egg with 2 tablespoons water.
6Dip meatballs in egg mixture; roll in crushed noodles.
7Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
