Ingredients:

| pack | Elbow macaroni(7oz) | | 1
| cup | Digonally sliced celery | | 1/2
| cup | Pimiento-stuffed olives | | 1
| can | Tuna, drained(9 ½oz) | | 2
| tbsp | Grated onion | | 2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground pepper | | 3
| cup | Shredded American cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground pepper | | 1
| cup | Dairy sour cream | | 1
| cup | Dry white wine | | 1
| tbsp | Butter or margarine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and rinse. | | 2 | Stir celery and olives into macaroni. | | 3 | Heat oven to 375". | | 4 | Place half of the macaroni mixture in ungreased baking dish, 13 ½x8 ¾x1 ?inches. | | 5 | Mix tuna, onion, 1 teaspoon salt, ?teaspoon pepper and the cheese. | | 6 | Sprinkle macaroni mixture with half of the una mixture; repeat. | | 7 | Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat; stir in flour, ?teaspoon salt and ?teaspoon pepper. | | 8 | Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. | | 9 | Remove from heat. | | 10 | Stir in sour cream and wine. | | 11 | Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. | | 12 | Pour over tuna mixture; dot with 1 tablespoon butter. | | 13 | Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. | | 14 | Uncover; bake until golden, about 15 minutes. |
