Oriental style meatloaf from live!

Ingredients:
1 tbspVegetable oil
3/4 cupChopped scallions with
-greens inclu
1 tspChopped garlic
1/2 cupWater chestnuts, drained and
- choppe
3/4 lbsGround beef
3/4 lbsGround turkey
1 tspGrated fresh ginger
1/4 cupFresh coriander leaves
-(cilantro)
1/2 cupFine bread crumbs
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 eachEgg, beaten
1/4 cupDry sherry
1 eachWhite pepper, to taste
1 eachYour favorite barbecue sauce
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425 °F.
2Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet, add the scallions, garlic, and water chestnuts.
3Cook briefly until wilted.
4Set aside.
5Place the beef and turkey in a mixing bowl.
6Add the scallion mixture and remaining ingredients, except barbecue sauce.
7Blend well with your hands, taking care not to overmix.
8Divide the meatloaf mixture into four equal portions and place in four individual 1 ?c. souffle dishes.
9Smooth the tops.
10Set the souffle dishes in a large pan with an inch of water and bring to a boil on top of the stove.
11Place the pan with the souffle dishes in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
12Let the loaves cool about 5 minutes before unmolding.
13Spoon barbecue sauce over and around each loaf.
14Makes 4 servings.
