Ingredients:
| | Leftover chopped turkey ham | | 1
| lbs | Split peas | | 2
| each | Thinly sliced carrots | | 1
| each | Medium onion, chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| each | Bay leaf |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat leftover ham, peas, carrots, onion and 7 cups of water in dutch oven. | | 2 | Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours or until peas are soft. | | 3 | Remove bay leaf and serve. | | 4 | Makes 10 1-cup servings. |
