| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| cup | Frozen Carrots, diced | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, diced | | 2
| quart | Water | | 3
| tbsp | Chicken Soup Base | | 2
| cup | Medium Egg Noodles, uncooked | | 2
| cup | Cooked Turkey, diced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion, carrots, and celery in margarine. | | 2 | Stir in water, chicken soup base and noodles. | | 3 | Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. | | 4 | Reduce heat and add turkey. | | 5 | Gently boil until noodles are tender and flavors are blended, 8-12 minutes. |
