| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 16
| oz | Tomato sauce | | | Vegetable oil | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Prepared mustard |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a 2-qt. | | 2 | Baking dish or roaster arrange ribs. | | 3 | Brush lightly with cooking oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. | | 4 | Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. | | 5 | Pour off any juices. | | 6 | Combine vinegar, brown sugar & mustard with tomato sauce & pour over ribs. | | 7 | Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce. | | 8 | Submitted by ronamit@netvision.net.il |
