Ingredients:
Season salt
Liquid smoke
8 lbsPork roast, more or less
7 Banana leaves
Procedures:
1Cooked underground ala a luau) (a substitute for the whole pig) wash the pork and rub with the season salt and rock of kosher salt if you have it.
2Sprinkle liberally with the liquid smoke.
3Wrap with the banana leaves and tie the package with a string so the leaves do not fall off during the cooking.
4Wrap in heavy duty foil and bake in a 250 degree over for approximately 7 hours.
