| cup | Water | | 1
| tsp | Liquid smoke | | 1/4
| cup | Hawaiian salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place pork, fat side up, in a roasting pan or deep casserole. | | 2 | Combine water and liquid smoke; pour over meat. | | 3 | Sprinkle with salt. | | 4 | Cover and roast in oven at 400°F for 3 hours. | | 5 | Remove from pan and shred pork. |
