Ingredients:
5 lbsCorned beef brisket
1 ea Garlic clove
3 ea Bay leaves
4 ea Hot red peppers, small
Liquid smoke
1 1/2 tspPepper
3/4 tspAllspice
1/4 tspCoriander
Procedures:
1Simmer brisket, garlic, bay leaves and red peppers in water to cover for approximately 2-3 hours until tender but still firm.
2Remove from liquid and cool.
3Brush lightly with liquid smoke.
4Mix seasonings and spread over meat.
5Bake uncovered at 375 degf (190 degc) for about 30 minutes.
