| lbs | Corned beef brisket | | | 1 ea Garlic clove | | | 3 ea Bay leaves | | | 4 ea Hot red peppers, small | | | Liquid smoke | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 3/4
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/4
| tsp | Coriander |

Procedures:
| 1 | Simmer brisket, garlic, bay leaves and red peppers in water to cover for approximately 2-3 hours until tender but still firm. | | 2 | Remove from liquid and cool. | | 3 | Brush lightly with liquid smoke. | | 4 | Mix seasonings and spread over meat. | | 5 | Bake uncovered at 375 degf (190 degc) for about 30 minutes. |
