Procedures:
| 1 | Pare 6 oranges very thinlyand put the rinds into a gallon jar. | | 2 | Add the juice of the fruit. | | 3 | Add 1 pint cold water, close the jar, and let the liquid stand for three days, stirring it now and then. | | 4 | Train into an enamel dish, add 2 to 3 pounds sugar, and bring to a boil. | | 5 | Add a full pint of orange juice and strain it again. | | 6 | Finally, add about 2 quarts rum and bottle. | | 7 | Serve in: Unknown or None |
