Watermelon muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupFlour
2 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 pinchSalt
1/8 tspCinnamon
6 tbspButter, room temperature
2/3 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupWatermelon juice
1/2 cupWatermelon pulp
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
2Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
3Whip in milk, juice, pulp and raisins.
4Add wet mixture to dry ingredients; blend just to incorporate.
5Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
6Bake 25 minutes.
7Transfer to wire rack; cool.
8Note: a few drops of red food color can be added for more watermelon color.
