| lbs | Lean Ground Pork | | 2
| tbsp | Onion, Chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, Chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Sage | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic Powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| cup | Monterey Jack, Shredded | | 2
| cup | Cheddar, Md, Shredded | | 1
| x | Pimento | | 1
| x | Parsley, Chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | * the two slices of fresh bread should have the crusts removed and they should be torn into small pieces. | | 2 | +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ cook the noodles according to the package directions and drain. | | 3 | Mix 2 eggs, the salt and noodles together and set aside. | | 4 | Combine the bread and milk and set aside. | | 5 | Pan fry the pork and onion until the pink color disappears from the meat and drain off the excess fat. | | 6 | Combine the meat and onion mixture with the milk mixture then add the parsley, sage, garlic powder and pepper and set aside. | | 7 | Combine the cheeses and reserve 1/3 of the mixture. | | 8 | To assemble the casserole, spread 1/3 of the noodles in the bottom of a 3-quart baking dish. | | 9 | Cover with ?of the meat mixture and top with ?of the remaining cheese mixture. | | 10 | Repeat ending with the noodles. | | 11 | Cover and bake in a preheated 350 °F. | | 12 | Oven for 45 minutes. | | 13 | Combine the reserved cheese with the 2 remaining eggs and spread over the noodles. | | 14 | Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for another 10 minutes. | | 15 | Garnish with strips of pimento and chopped parsley |
