| lbs | Frying Chicken Pieces | | | Skinned | | 2
| tbsp | Marsala Wine |

Procedures:
| 1 | In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish,mix sauce, mushrooms, sugar, salt & pepper. | | 2 | Place chicken in dish & coat with sauce mixture. | | 3 | Cover tightly with foil & bake at 350°F. for 30 min. turn chicken over & bake, uncovered, 30 min. longer. | | 4 | Place chicken on serving platter. | | 5 | Stir marsala into sauce & pour over. |
