Easy chicken cacciatore

Ingredients:
1/4 cupOlive Oil
1/2 tspCrushed Red Pepper
2 lbsBoneless Chicken Breasts *
1/2 lbsThickly Sliced Mushrooms
Jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce **
2 largeSweet Peppers ***
1 largeGreen Pepper ****
3/4 tspDried Thyme, crushed
2 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
Hot cooked spaghetti or
- linguini
Procedures:
1* cut into thin strips ** 48oz old world style or use home made *** red or yellow; cut into thin strips **** cut into thin strips
2heat olive oil and red pepper in a dutch oven on medium-high heat.
3Add chicken and saute 5 mins.
4Or until golden brown.
5Remove chicken from oven with a slotted spoon; set aside.
6Add mushrooms; saute 4 to 5 mins or until tender.
7Stir in spaghetti sauce, peppers, thyme, vinegar and chicken; bring to a boil.
8Reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 mins or until peppers are just tender, stirring occasionally.
9Serve over spaghetti or linguini.
