| 1 | Place peppers on cookie sheet. |
| 2 | Broil 2 to 3" from the heat until all sides are blackened, about 10 minutes. |
| 3 | Place in paper bag; cool. |
| 4 | Seed and cut into strips. |
| 5 | Reduce oven temnperatute to 450°F. |
| 6 | Heat 1 t olive oil. |
| 7 | Add garlic; cook until gragrant. |
| 8 | Add spinach; cook and stir until spinach is wilted. |
| 9 | Remove from pan. |
| 10 | Heat remaining oil in skillet. |
| 11 | Add onions; cook until onions begin to brown. |
| 12 | Add water; cover and simmer over low heat until onions are limp, about 15 minutees. |
| 13 | Remove cover and continue cooking until all water has evaporated. |
| 14 | For each pizza, place onions on bread shell; sprinkle with ?c cheese. |
| 15 | Arrange spinach mixture and red pepper strips on shell in alternating rows. |
| 16 | Sprinkle with ?c cheese and pepper. |
| 17 | Place on cookie sheet. |
| 18 | Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
