Ingredients:

| cup | Powdered sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Marsala | | | -(or substitute Madeira | | | - or sherry) | | 1
| lbs | Part-skim milk ricotta | | 1/2
| cup | Whipping cream |

Procedures:
