Ingredients:
1 lbsGround pork
1 1/4 tspSalt
1 1/4 tspFennel seeds
1/2 Red pepper
Procedures:
1Combine ingredients and use sausage funnel to force into cleaned casings or form into patties or link shapes and cook until browned.
2Excellent for use in your basic spaghetti gravy recipe.
3This is also great just crumbled on top of pizza.
4This recipe can be multiplied, if you wish.
5I usually make 4-6 pounds at a time.
6It freezes well.
