Italian potato pie

Ingredients:
2 lbsPotatoes, peeled
1/4 cupButter, softened
1/2 cupSour cream
1/2 cupChives, opt
Seasoned salt and pepper
12 ozMozzarella, sliced
3 medTomatoes, peeled, sliced
1 tspBasil
1 tspOregano
1/2 cupParmesan
1/4 cupButter, melted
Procedures:
1Cover the potatoes with salted water and boil till tender.
2Drain and mash.
3Stir in softened butter, sour cream, chives, seasoned salt and pepper.
4Butter and lightly flour 9 ? deep pie plate.
5Spread in mashed potatoes.
6Arrange 6 oz. mozzarella cheese on potatoes.
7Top with tomatoes.
8Sprinkle with basil and oregano.
9Top with remaining mozzerella cheese, parmesan cheese and melted butter.
10Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese if melted.
11Cool slightly before cutting.
