Hummus bi tahini

Ingredients:
19 ozCan chickpeas
1 tspBaking soda
3 tbspTahini
1 eachGarlic clove, chopped
Juice of 1 ?lemons
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspCold water
1 tbspPine nuts
1 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Combine chickpeas with their juice with baking soda & bring to a boil.
2Immediately remove from heat, drain & rinse thoroughly.
3In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt & 1 tb of water.
4Blend till creamy.
5Add rest of the water if mixture apears too thick.
6Refrigerate.
7Heat olive oil & fry pine nuts till golden brown.
8When ready to serve, sprinkle over hummus.
9Serve cold with pita bread.
