Minty fudge brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupFlour, unbleached
1/2 tbspSalt
1/2 cupButter
1 1/2 cupMint-chocolate chips, *
3 eachEggs, large
1 xWalnut halves, optional
1/2 tbspBaking soda
1 cupSugar
3 tbspWater
1 1/2 tbspVanilla extract
1 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1* chips should be 1 bag (10 oz) of mint-chocolate chips from nestles.
2++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++ preheat oven to 325 °F.
3In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
4In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water; bring just to a boil.
5Remove from heat.
6Add mint-chocolate chips and vanilla extract; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
7Transfer to a large bowl.
8Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
9Gradually blend in flour mixture.
10Stir in nuts.
11Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
12Bake at 324 °F for 30 to 35 minutes.
13Cool completely on wire rack, cut into 1 ?inch squares.
14Garnish with walnut halves, if desired.
