Ingredients:

MEDITERRANEAN BLEND
1 tspDried basil
1 tspDried marjoram
1 tspPaprika
1 tspDried thyme
1/8 tspDry mustard
Pn Dried sage
Pn Cayenne pepper
SPICY BLEND
2 tspChili powder
2 tspCurry powder
1/8 tspGarlic powder
DILL BLEND
1 tbspDried dill weed
1 1/2 tspDried oregano
1/2 tspGrated lemon peel
1/8 tspGarlic powder
TEXAS BLEND
2 tspPaprika
1 tspDried oregano
1/2 tspCayenne pepper
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspGround cumin
Procedures:
1Pop the popcorn using 1 tsp canola oil.
2Remove the popcorn from the popper and lightly spary the warm popped corn with vegetable cooking spray.
3Sprinkle with one of the blends to taste; toss well and serve.
4Makes enough seasoning for about 12 cups popcorn.
