Pepper steak strips

Ingredients:
1 eachEnv. Meat Marinade *
1 eachMed. Onion, Chopped
1 tbspBottled Brown Boquet Sauce
1/2 tbspDried Thyme Leaves
1/4 cupRed Wine Or Water
8 oz(1 Can) Mushrooms ****
1 lbsRound Steak **
2 tbspButter Or Margarine
8 oz(1 can) Stewed Tomatoes
2 tbspUnbleached Flour
1 eachMed Green Pepper ***
3 cupHot Cooked Rice
Procedures:
1* envelope of meat marinade from store should weigh about .8 ozs.
2** steak should be cut into strips, about 1/8-inch thick and about : 3-inches long.
3*** green pepper should be seeded and cut into strips.
4**** mushrooms should be stems and pieces, and should be drained.
5Prepare marinade as diredcted on envelope.
6Marinate beef as directed on envelope; drain well.
7Cover and microwave onion and margarine in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) 1 minute.
8Stir in bouquet sauce, tomatoes, and thyme.
9Mix in beef.
10Cover and microwave 8 minutes; stir.
11Microwave on medium (50%) 10 minutes.
12Shake flour and wine in tightly covered container.
13Stir into meat mixture.
14Add pepper strips and mushrooms; mix into sauce.
15Cover and microwave until meat is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
16Serve over hot rice
