| lbs | Butter | | 1
| | Egg | | 2
| tsp | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sift flour and sugar together. | | 2 | Work in butter, cream cheese and egg yolk. | | 3 | Knead together and let stand overnight in refrigerator. | | 4 | Roll out thin on flour and sugar. | | 5 | Cut into squares. | | 6 | Fill with walnuts, lekvar (prunes), poppy seed or apricot. |
