| cup | Apples, dried, chopped | | 4
| cup | Vegetable stock | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/4
| tsp | Coriander, ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat. | | 3 | Cook onion in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. | | 4 | Stir in bulgur. | | 5 | Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until bulgur is golden brown. | | 6 | Stir in remaining ingredients. | | 7 | Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until bulgur is tender. |
