Ingredients:
1 packYellow cake mix
1 packLemon instant pudding mix
16 ozFruit cocktail, with syrup
1 cupCoconut
4 Eggs
1/4 cupOil
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupNuts, chopped
BUTTER GLAZE
1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupEvaporated milk
1 1/3 cupCoconut
Procedures:
1Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a large mixer bowl.
2Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
3Pour into greased and floured oblong dish.
4Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
5Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
6Do not underbake.
7Cool in pan 15 minutes.
8Spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake.
9Serve warm or cool with dream whip.
10If using glass baking dish, lower oven to 300°F butter glaze: combine first 3 ingredients and boiil in saucepan for 2 minutes.
11Stir in coconut and spoon over cake.
