Baked guavas stuffed with mushrooms and olives

Ingredients:
6 Guavas
1 tbspOil
1 cupMushrooms, chopped
1 tbspOnion, chopped
1/2 cupGreen olives, chopped
2 tbspParsley, chopped
4 tspChopped fresh dill weed or
1 tspDried dill
1/2 tspEach salt and pepper
1 tbspSesame seeds
Procedures:
1To prepare the guavas for stuffing, cut a thin slice from the top of the guava.
2With a melon ball scoop or small spoon, remove the seeds and set the guavas aside.
3Heat the oil in a skillet.
4Add mushrooms, onion, green olives, herbs, salt and pepper; saute until vegetables are soft.
5Remove the mixture from the flame; cool.
6Stuff the guavas, filling them to the top.
7Place stuffed guavas in a baking dish just large enough to hold them and sprinkle sesame seeds over the guava tops.
8Bake at 325°F. for 1 hour, or until the fruit is tender.
9Serve hot
