| cup | Pinapple, crushed, drained | | 1 2/3
| cup | Vanilla wafer crumbs | | 1
| cup | Pecans, finely chopped | | 1
| x | FILLING | | 3
| oz | Lemon jell-o, (1 pkg.) | | 1
| cup | Heavy cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | * select packages of jell-o in complimentary colors and flavors. | | 2 | ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++ crust: preheat oven to 375 °F. | | 3 | Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar, and pecans. | | 4 | Cut in butter. | | 5 | Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. | | 6 | Bake 8 to 10 minutes. | | 7 | Filling: in separate greased 8-inch square pans, make each of the 3 flavors of jell-o according to the directions on the package. | | 8 | When set, cut into ?inch cubes. | | 9 | Dissolve lemon jell-o in hot pineapple juice, then add ?c cold water. | | 10 | Place in refrigerator until it starts to set. | | 11 | Whip cream. | | 12 | Fold crushed pineapple into whipped cream, then add semi-set lemon jell-o. | | 13 | Fold in the jell-o cubes and pour into crust. | | 14 | Chill about 1 hour before serving. |
