Ingredients:

| can | Beer (12 oz.) | | 1/2
| cup | Chili sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Salad oil | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Dijon-style mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Red pepper sauce | | 1/8
| tsp | Liquid smoke | | 1/2
| cup | Coarsely chopped onion | | 2
| cl | Garlic, crushed | | 3
| lbs | Beef sirloin steak, 1 ?- | | | - 2 inches thick | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients except steak, salt & pepper; simmer 30 minutes. | | 2 | Brush meat with sauce. | | 3 | Place steak on grill 4 inches from medium coals. | | 4 | Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently wth sauce. | | 5 | Season with salt and pepper after turning and after removing from grill. | | 6 | Serve with remaining sauce |
