French banana cake

Ingredients:
2/3 cupWater
1 tbspVinegar
1 tspBaking soda
1 packWhite cake mix
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cupVery ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cupWalnuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Don"t be afraid to use almost black bananas (ripeness improves the flavor) and refrigerate cake for 24 hours before serving for peak taste experience.
2Mix water, vinegar and soda.
3Combine with cake mix and eggs.
4Stir until moistened.
5Scrape bowl with spatula.
6Add mashed bananas.
7Beat with electric mixer 3 minutes at medium speed (300 strokes by hand).
8Blend in nuts.
9Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
10Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
11Variation: two 9" layers - baking time 25 minutes three 8" layers - baking time 30 minutes.
