Ingredients:
1/4 cupOrange Juice
1/2 cupClub Soda
1 medBanana, peeled
3 cupFresh fruit pieces (such as
-- Cantaloupe, grapes
-- Pineapple, apple, pear
-- Nectarine, plum, honeydew
-- Melon, blueberries
-- Strawberries)
1/2 tspGround Nutmeg
1/4 tspGround Cardamom
1 tbspSweetened Coconut (flaked
Or shredded), toasted
Procedures:
1Combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth.
2Pour over the fresh fruit mixture.
3Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cardamom.
4Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5Sprinkle on the coconut and serve immediately.
