Ingredients:

| cup | Unbleached Flour | | 1
| cup | Brown Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Cinnamon | | 3/4
| cup | Uncooked Instant Oatmeal | | 1/2
| cup | Butter Or Margarine | | 6
| cup | Fresh Apples, Peaches, Or | | | -Rhubarb | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix, until crumbly, the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and butter or margarine. | | 2 | Place half of the crumbs into a 9-inch greased baking dish. | | 3 | Cover with the fresh fruit. | | 4 | Cook the sugar, water, cornstarch, and vanilla until thick and pour over the fruit. | | 5 | Top the the rest of the crumbs. | | 6 | Bake in a preheated 350 °F. | | 7 | Oven for 1 hour. | | 8 | Top with whipped cream or topping, ice cream, or frozen yogurt |
