Ingredients:
8 ozPlain yogurt
1/2 cupAunt Jemima Syrup
-OR- Lite Syrup
2 tbspLemon juice
1/4 tspCinnamon
2 medBananas, sliced
2 cupHalved strawberries
2 cupPineapple chunks
2 Kiwifruit or small oranges
-- sliced
Procedures:
1For dressing, combine yogurt, syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well.
2Chill until ready to use.
3dip banana slices in remaining lemon juice.
4Arrange with remaining fruit on platter.
5Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
6Serve with dressing.
