| cup | Pears, peeled, cored, sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 5
| tbsp | Margarine, nondairy | | 1
| cup | Flour, pastry, whole wheat | | 2/3
| cup | Oats, rolled | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar, brown OR | | 1/2
| cup | Maple syrup granules | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg, freshly ground | | 1/2
| cup | Walnuts, coarsely chopped |
