Ingredients:
1/2 cupDates, pitted
1/2 cupRaisins, dark or golden
2 tbspCocoa -or- Carob Powder
1/2 cupWalnuts
1/2 cupSunflower Seeds
Walnuts, ground
Procedures:
1Grind together dates, raisins, cocoa (or carob powder), walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor or meat grinder.
2press the mixture into 24 small balls.
3Roll in the ground nuts.
4Store in an airtight container.
