Ingredients:
1/2 Pineapple, peeled and cored
5 Apricots
1/4 lbsCherries
1 tbspButter
1 tspSugar
Procedures:
1Cut the pineapple into slices and then into wedges.
2Quarter the apricots.
3Pit the cherries.
4Heat the broiler.
5Thread the fruit onto 6 skewers.
6Melt the butter and brush on the fruit.
7Sprinkle with the sugar.
8Broil the kebabs about 8 minutes, turning the skewers several times.
9Serve with warm chocolate sauce and cookies, if you like.
