| pack | Swiss chocolate cake mix | | 1
| cup | Almonds, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| cup | Cooking oil | | 1
| tsp | Almond extract | | 2
| cup | Bananas, firm, chopped | | 8
| oz | Crushed pineapple, drained |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Grease 10" tube pan. | | 3 | Combine cake mix, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl. | | 4 | Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond extract, bananas and pineapple. | | 5 | Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon; do not beat. | | 6 | Pour into pan. | | 7 | Bake for 45-55 minutes or until tested done. | | 8 | If desired, top cake with confectioners"sugar. |
