Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 3/4
| cup | Frozen orange juice concentr | | 1
| tsp | Orange peel, finely shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a sm. | | 2 | Saucepan combine the water and sugar. | | 3 | Heat and stir mixture till sugar is dissolved. | | 4 | Cool to room temp. | | 5 | add the frozen concentrate and the orange peel; stir till the concentrate is dissolved. | | 6 | Freeze in a 1 or 2 qt ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer"s directions. |
