Ingredients:
8 Medium carrots, thinly slice
On diagonal
2 tbspWater
1/3 cupOrange Marmalade
1 cupHalved seedless green grapes
1 tbspButter.
Procedures:
1Combine carrots with water and marmalade in med. frypan; cover and simmer until tender-crisp.
2Cook uncovered until liquid has evaporated, about 1 min. add halved grapes and butter; saute until heated through and sauce is slightly thickened.
