Ingredients:

| cup | Flour, unbleached | | 2

| tsp | Soda | | 1
| cup | Salad oil, (canola) | | 1

| tsp | Cinnamon | | 3
| | Eggs, beaten | | 4
| cup | Apples, chopped small | | 1
| cup | Nuts, chopped (pecan, walnut | | | ICING | | 1/2
| cup | Confectioners' sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix dry ingredients- then mix in eggs and oil. | | 2 | Don"t beat - then add apples and nuts. | | 3 | Bake in ungreased tube pan or sheet cake pan. | | 4 | Bake 350°F for 1 - 1 ?hours. | | 5 | Cool then sprinkle with confectioners" sugar. | | 6 | I use a lace doily to lay on cake and then sprinkle the sugar over and then take off the doily. | | 7 | It makes it look quite special. | | 8 | Jean hores - |
