Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | SOFTENED BUTTER | | 2
| cup | SUGAR | | 4
| | EGGS | | 3
| cup | SIFTED FLOUR | | 3
| tsp | BAKING POWDER | | 1/2
| tsp | SALT | | 1
| tsp | VANILLA | | 1
| cup | MILK | | 2
| cup | FLOURED BLUEBERRIES | | 2
| tbsp | SUGAR | | 1
| tsp | CINNAMON |
|
Procedures:
| 1 | Mix together butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk. | | 2 | Add flour and mix well. | | 3 | Fold in the floured blueberries. | | 4 | Line a 9" x 13" pan with aluminum foil. | | 5 | Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle the top with mixture of 2tb sugar and 1 ts cinnamon. | | 6 | Preheat oven to 350. | | 7 | Bake for 45 minutes. | | 8 | Remove from pan. | | 9 | Allow to cool before removing aluminum foil. | | 10 | Note: coating the blueberries with flour stops them from sinking in the batter. | | 11 | The aluminum foil prevents the cake from pulling apart if any of the berries stick, this proves out to be better than greesing the pan. | | 12 | Good luck, grandma rose. |
