| cup | Margarine -- softened | | 1/2
| cup | Egg Beaters. 99% Egg | | | Substitute -- thawed | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| cup | Flour | | 3
| med | Bananas -- mashed | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 12
| oz | Chocolate Chips -- low fat | | 1/2
| cup | Nuts -- chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Lightly spray two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. | | 3 | In small bowl, stir together sour cream and baking soda; set aside. | | 4 | In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. | | 5 | Add egg substitute and salt; beat well. | | 6 | Gradually add flour to sugar mixture, beating until well blended. | | 7 | Add sour cream mixture, banana and vanilla; beat until smooth. | | 8 | Fold in chips and nuts. | | 9 | Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. | | 10 | Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 11 | Cool 10 minutes. | | 12 | Remove from pans to wire rack; immediately wrap in plastic wrap. | | 13 | Cool completely before slicing. | | 14 | nutrition facts: serv size: 1 slice (53g), servings: 32, amount per serving: calories 160 | | 15 | recipe by : |
