Ingredients:
16 ozCanned purple plums, drained
16 ozCanned peach halves, drained
11 ozCanned mandarin oranges
1/2 cupMandarin orange liquid
2 tbspBrown sugar, packed
1/2 tspLemon rind, grated
1 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425°F (hot).
2place plums and peach halves in alternate layers in 1-quart baking dish.
3drain mandarin oranges; save liquid.
4Arrange orange over fruits in baking dish.
5Mix orange liquid, brown sugar, lemon rind, and fat.
6Pour over fruits.
7Bake 30 minutes or until fruit is heated through.
