Ingredients:
6 cupPears [peeled & sliced]
1 tspGround ginger
1 cupRolled oats (not instant)
1/3 cupFlour
1/3 cupButter [softened]
1/3 cupBrown sugar
1 tspGround ginger
1 1/2 cupAll-Purpose Flour
Procedures:
11) peel, core and slice pears.
2Grease a baking dish, and toss the pear slices in it with the ginger.
32) mix together the topping ingredients with a fork or a pastry cutter, and sprinkle on top of the fruit.
43) bake at 375 degrees c for approx. 35 minutes, until the top is browned, and pears are juicy and bubbly.
