| pack | 3oz lemon Jello | | 1
| cup | Boiling water | | 3/4
| cup | Oil | | 1
| pack | Yellow cake mix | | 4
| | Eggs | | | GLAZE | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | | Juice of 2 lemons | | | Grated lemon rind (opt) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool. | | 2 | Add oil. | | 3 | Mix this with cake mix, beat throughly, adding eggs one at a time while beating. | | 4 | Pour into greased tube pan.bake at 350f for 50 to 60 mins. | | 5 | Remove from pan and cover with glaze made by dissolving sugar in lemon juice. | | 6 | Grated lemon rind may be added to glaze. |
