Ingredients:
PAM COOMBES
1 pack3oz lemon Jello
1 cupBoiling water
3/4 cupOil
1 packYellow cake mix
4 Eggs
GLAZE
3/4 cupSugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Grated lemon rind (opt)
Procedures:
1Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
2Add oil.
3Mix this with cake mix, beat throughly, adding eggs one at a time while beating.
4Pour into greased tube pan.bake at 350f for 50 to 60 mins.
5Remove from pan and cover with glaze made by dissolving sugar in lemon juice.
6Grated lemon rind may be added to glaze.
