Procedures:
| 1 | Proof yeast in warm water and sugar. | | 2 | Add rest of ingredients and knead until an elastic dough is formed. | | 3 | Rise once until doubled, beat down roll out onto pans and let rest for 15 minutes before topping. | | 4 | If time is short, the first rise can be skipped with little quality depreciation. |
