Matzoh balls

Ingredients:
4 largeEggs
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspFreshly ground white pepper
1/2 tspGround ginger
1/3 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupWater
1 1/4 cupMatzo Meal
1/4 tspBaking powder
1 quartChicken stock
Procedures:
1Matzoh balls combine the eggs, salt, pepper and ginger in a china, glass or enamelware mixing bowl.
2Beat well with a wire whisk or use a blender.
3Beat in the oil, water, matzo meal and baking powder.
4Chill the mixture for 30 minutes or longer, or chill overnight.
5Bring a large quantity of salted water to a boil.
6Shape the mixture into 16 balls and drop them into the water.
7Simmer for 30 minutes.
8Serve in hot chicken stock/soup.
