| fl oz | Bushmills Irish whiskey | | 1
| tsp | Brown sugar (optional) | | 1
| dash | Creme de menthe, green | | 1
| x | Strong fresh coffee | | 1
| x | Whipped cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pour whiskey into irish coffee cup and fill to ?inch from top with coffee. | | 2 | Add sugar if wanted and mix. | | 3 | Top with whipped cream and drizzle creme de menth on top. | | 4 | Optional - may rim cup with sugar. |
